Everybody's most favorite Athlete is this month's Athlete of the Month! Yay Dolores!!!

  1. What’s your athletic background? I was an athlete in high school and played fast pitch softball in college

  2. When did you start working out at CrossFit Osiris? In 2017

  3. What keeps you coming back? All the great people and coaching staff. They provide so much encouragement to everyone. I feel good when I leave because I did something for me.

  4. If you could write the WOD, what would it be? I would probably do something like: 4 rounds of: 20 Cal row, 12X Deadlifts and 9 X Kettlebell Swings.

  5. What are some of your goals, fitness or personal? I would really love to get my box jumps. I think it’s a mind game with me. I need to work on it. Personally, I would like to continue until I can’t anymore.

  6. List one or two improvements you have seen in your life since starting CrossFit. I have lost weight and feel stronger then I have in a long time

  7. How do you like to spend your free time? Gardening and playing with my grandchildren, human and furry. I love them all

  8. What’s your favorite cheat meal? Chips and cheese

  9. What would you say to someone thinking about starting CrossFit? Just do it. You won’t regret it. They can modify any movement so you don’t hurt your body. Coaches are great and take the time to listen, joke and make the workouts fun.

  10. Anything else you’d like to share about yourself? I love my family and would do anything for them. I am blessed they still want to be around me. Secretly, I am still competitive and I want to be a winner. Why do you think Vanessa is the way she is?

  11. How often do you attend? 3-4 times a week.

  12. What class do you typically attend? 5 pm.
