Work one-on-one with a skilled coach to get you prepared for CrossFit classes!
Our on-boarding package is one-on-one training with a coach here at CrossFit Osiris and is specific for new members with limited to no CrossFit experience. One of our experienced coaches on staff will walk you through the barbell and odd object movements to make sure you move safely and efficiently so you feel comfortable moving into CrossFit classes!
- 4 – 45/60 min Personal Training Sessions
- 2 weeks of CrossFit for Free once On-boarding sessions are done
- Movement Assessment each session
- Mobility Assistance if there are areas of limited range of motion
- Group Fitness with a Personal Touch
- Coaching with Certified Trainers
- Monthly Events
