Our 1-on-1 focused on-boarding classes prepare you for your CrossFit journey with us here at CrossFit Osiris! We take you through four 45-min Personal Training Sessions with a coach and they will take you through the movements necessary to have a SAFE, successful start into CrossFit!  While it’s always fun to want to jump in right away, we make sure you know the modifications to each movement so you can be confident with all the lifts that are incorporated in our workouts.


1-on-1 On-boarding


Work one-on-one with a skilled coach to get you prepared for CrossFit classes!

Our on-boarding package is one-on-one training with a coach here at CrossFit Osiris and is specific for new members with limited to no CrossFit experience. One of our experienced coaches on staff will walk you through the barbell and odd object movements to make sure you move safely and efficiently so you feel comfortable moving into CrossFit classes!

  • 4 - 45/60 min Personal Training Sessions
  • 2 weeks of Unlimited CrossFit Classes once On-boarding sessions are done
  • Movement Assessment each session
  • Mobility Assistance if there are areas of limited range of motion
  • Day 1 and Day 90 In-Body biometrics scan & body measurements to observe your progression!
