Maggie demonstrates her kindness and welcoming attitude often, but especially when she partners up with newer members for partner workouts.
Even though Maggie has only been with us for just over 9 months, she has progressed at an impressive rate. She has shown us what consistency, commitment, a positive attitude, and hard work can accomplish. She demonstrates impressive mental toughness, grinding through challenging workouts and movements without giving up. We love seeing Maggie succeed and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next!

What are some improvements/progress you have seen while at CrossFit Osiris?
When I started I couldn’t finish a 3-minute workout without needing to rest, and now my endurance and recovery times are both improved. I am also so grateful for how CrossFit has benefited my mental health as well. I am much healthier in mind and body when I come to CrossFit consistently.
What would you say to someone on the fence about starting CrossFit?
Love yourself wherever you are at and just come. Celebrate the little victories and give it a try!
What has your experience been like at CrossFit Osiris?
Since day 1, CrossFit Osiris felt like home, which is wild for me to ever say because that has not been my story. There were days it was difficult to keep coming and struggling through workouts in the beginning, but the coaches are so supportive and able to modifying things to meet you where you are at. The most important thing I’ve learned is to just keep showing up.
