The community spirit and the skill of the coaches. I also like the fact that no matter what an athlete’s abilities there are always ways to modify movements and individual exercises to get a great workout.
What has your experience been like at CF Osiris?
I tried a bunch of different gyms over the years, but until I came to Osiris I had trouble staying committed and motivated. This is the only gym I have been to where I feel 100% comfortable. The coaches work with you no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. The entire community at Osiris is built around supporting one another!
What would you say to someone who is on the fence about starting CrossFit?
Just take a chance and do it! You won’t regret it. You will find the most encouraging, welcoming community at CF Osiris! You will quickly realize this gym is unlike any other – you will never feel out of place, it is perfect for ALL fitness levels.
