Tony is a busy guy, but fights to find the time to come in when he can. He works hard and spreads positivity in every class he attends. We are so thankful Tony joined us in 2020 and we can’t imagine our community without him! 

What has your experience been like at CF Osiris? 
My experience with CF Osiris has been great! I look forward to attending classes and getting to the Box! The encouragement you get from the coaches and your fellow athletes keeps pushing you to do better.

What keeps you coming back?
The progress I make everyday in the gym. I’ve never been able to commit to a fitness routine or discipline in the past until I started CrossFit. Also, the people and the comradery throughout the gym. The people are great and everyday is a new experience

What’s your athletic background?
I played some Lacrosse in High School and College.

What are some improvements/progress you have seen while at Osiris?

I feel like everyday is a PR for me! I’ve definitely seen improvement in my overall strength and endurance. My flexibility and range of motion have also drastically improved since starting at Osiris.

If you could write a workout, what would it be?
I’m a fan of the long chipper workouts. Start with a 1-mile run buy-in, then 4-5 rounds of Power Cleans, Toes to Bar, and Kettle Bell Swings, with a 1-mile run buy-out at the end.

What is your favorite cheat meal?
I don’t know if you can call it a meal but sour candy.

What are some of your fitness goals?
Continue to gain strength and endurance. Improve my form on the movements I can complete and to continue to develop the movements I’m still working on.

What would you say to someone who is on the fence about starting CrossFit?
Just give it a shot. I was urged to give it a shot for over a year by a fellow Osiris athlete before I finally attended a class and I wish I would have committed sooner. Everything can be modified to meet your abilities.
